Made For The Weekend, Unseen Style
There’s something about a bank holiday weekend that makes even the simplest plans feel like an occasion. And with the four day weekend upon us and the sun shining, this one’s got real potential.
So we’re doing something a little different at Unseen - three looks, three very different moments, AND 20% off selected styles* until Monday with the code BH20. Think of this as your style guide for the long weekend, built around a few of our favourite pieces – some from our own collection, some from friends, but items that we can't live without.
Let’s start with Sunday night, because that’s where most of us will put the real energy. The Big Night – the kind where you actually leave the house, see people, stay out later than you meant to, and potentially regret it on Monday.
For that, we’re building around the Halkett in beige, taupe and grey. It’s a shoe that lands somewhere between trainers and something sharper – comfortable enough to stand in all night, but refined enough to lift a whole outfit. Pair it with the White Lines Dusk tee from Voice_of Defiance and Vingt Quatre’s olive green denim. The result is dark, easy, and properly confident. No shouting, just good decisions.

Then there’s the morning after. The Breakfast Date look is for those daytime plans – coffee, a full English, maybe a walk that turns into a hair of the dog. The Helier in navy and white is your anchor here. Clean, crisp, and the kind of trainer that makes you look deliberate even when you’re moving slowly. We’ve paired it with the Incredible tee from Voice_of Defiance in black (understated, a little moody) and more Vingt Quatre denim, this time a pair of their light blue jeans. It’s relaxed without being sloppy – the sort of outfit that works just as well for a Saturday brunch as a Monday afternoon wander.

And because not every moment needs a plan, there’s the Dog Walk. No dog required, just the urge to move, or the need to clear your head after one too many bank holiday drinks. For this, we’re in the Runa – black on black, low-profile, and surprisingly rugged. Layer on Canvas Athletic’s District track jacket in black and dark grey (water-resistant, because British weather doesn’t observe bank holidays) and their 2-in-1 ripstop running shorts. It’s functional but considered – the kind of kit that looks just as right on a towpath as it does queuing for a takeaway flat white.

Three looks, three different rhythms, one long weekend. And until Monday 25th May 11:59pm, you can take 20% off all of the Unseen styles mentioned here and selected others with the code BH20. Whether you’re heading out, staying out, or just getting some air, you’ve got the edit. The rest is up to the bank holiday gods.
