RETURNS PROCEDURE
At Unseen we take pride in delivering high-quality products that speak to your individuality. But sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s how we handle refunds:
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
You may request a refund if:
- The item is returned in unused, original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- The request is made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- You have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
2. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Not everything’s refundable. Here’s what’s off the table:
- Gift cards and vouchers.
- Custom or personalised items.
- Clearance items that are identified as CLEARANCE
3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

4. REFUND/EXCHANGE PROCESS
- Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
